DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SHIPPING RUSH, PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY, AND PLAN YOUR ORDERS ACCORDINGLY.
All Packages are sent with a signature required upon delivery. No exceptions. Currently, all package transporters (UPS, FedEx, and Post Office) are ALL experiencing massive increases in package loads, while compounding the problem with not enough staff. This leads to about 15%-20% of packages being delivered slower than estimated. The key word is estimate. These dates are not always 100% accurate. Your package delivery can be delayed for things like inclement weather, vehicle break downs, lack of staff, or holiday rush. Once a package is given to FedEx, delivery times are literally nothing we can control. If your package is late, please contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339, UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877, and the Post Office at 1 (800) 275-8777. We will not be able to help with your package once it leaves our facility.
AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
Orders normally ship within 5 business days after your order is placed. Any orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the following day. If we feel your order may be delayed, we will alert you. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Once your package is picked up, this is when the estimated 3-5 day delivery time with FedEx starts.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER
When purchasing a reconditioned machine, disposable goods ie: cannulas, tubing, humidifier bottles, humidifier bottle tubing adapters etc are NOT included. They are available to purchase upon checkout, for a small fee per item. While some of these items may be included in the purchase of a NEW unit, they are NOT included with a reconditioned machine.
PHYSICAL CONDITION AND HOURS OF USE
Unless listed as a new item, you are purchasing a used, and fully reconditioned piece of equipment. It has been repaired to factory specifications by factory trained technicians. Since you are purchasing previously used equipment, it is likely to have cosmetic blemishes. This can include marks, slight discoloration, or minor cracks. Anything deemed excessive is either not repaired by our technicians, or is explicitly sold as "scratch and dent" at a considerable discount. This WILL include large cracks, missing pieces, etc. This is why you are being provided a discount based on the physical condition. We do not give refunds based on physical appearance being to your liking. Our obligation is to provide you a fully functioning piece of equipment.
Also, we do not change pricing or warranty based on hours of usage on each machine. Regardless if the machine you receive has 100 hours or 95,000 hours on the hour meter, they all are put through the same reconditioning procedure. Getting a machine with lower hours does not mean higher quality, or that it will last longer.
Once your order is placed, you will need to submit your prescription via email to OxygenPlusMedical@Gmail.com or via fax to 1-540-296-3157. Please make sure to reference your four digit order number.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE OF USA ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Returns not accepted. In rare case we accept a return, customer must obtain an RMA number. Return shipping is to be prepaid by the customer and is non refundable. The items MUST include all accessories, factory packaging, and be free from cosmetic defects including scratches and dirt. Initial shipping charges are non refundable. A 25% Restock Fee will be applied to ALL returns!! Once an order has shipped, there will be a 25% restocking fee for deliveries that are refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery. Upon arrival, inspection of the unit will take place before refunds are given.
- Remain in unused/like new condition
- Have not been used in a smoke filled environment
- Be returned in ALL factory packaging
Returns will NOT be accepted for the following conditions:
- Unit has been used in a smoke filled environment
- Unit has ANY cosmetic blemishes
- Factory packaging missing
- Accessories missing
- RMA number not present on packaging. Your package will be refused.
- Units sent back without being issued an RMA
- Package sent COD or Postage due
Payments made via credit card will be refunded back to that card. Payments made via check will be refunded via company check.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of returned equipment, and verification of all accessories and packaging. A 25% (minimum $100) restock fee will be deducted. Once a refund is processed, it can take up to 2 weeks to show on your statement. Refunds paid by company check will be mailed within 2 weeks. Initial shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel your order before it ships, there will be a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs.
Any shipping related damages must be reported to OxygenPlus Medical Inc. within 24 hours of arrival to customer. OxygenPlus Medical Inc. is not responsible for any shipping damage. Damage claims will be reported to the shipping agency for arbitration and refund/replacement. We can not be responsible for shipping damage if not reported within 24 hours of delivery to the customer.
Electrical items (ie: circuit boards, motor windings, solenoids etc) are not covered under warranty. Any orders that leave the United States are not covered under warranty. All new units have a factory warranty. All repairs are done by the manufacturer in the most timely fashion. OxygenPlus Medical Inc. will alert you of any repair updates if possible.
All refurbished units (unless factory refurbished) are repaired by OxygenPlus Medical Inc. Repairs take typically less than 1 week after arrival to our facility.
Any warranty issues that arise within the first 30 days after delivery, there will be no charge to the customer. Any warranty issues after the initial 30 days, the customer will be responsible to ship their unit to OxygenPlus after obtaining an RMA number. OxygenPlus will not charge for warranty repairs, and will cover return shipping costs. However, if faulty warranty claims are made, all shipping charges will need to be paid by customer before unit is returned. If you ever need to ship or transport your machine, it is always the best idea to reuse the box and packing that we ship your order in, so please keep your box and packing.
